The Chakras are not just some esoteric philosophical, cosmic, idea only related to the awakening of Kundalini. They govern our deeper motives and desires, consciously and unconsciously.

In this course we will be using the technique of Antar Mouna to explore the psychological and emotional influences of the Chakras on our thoughts, emotional patterns and our daily lives.
